The Art of Coming Out: Submission Guidelines

This year the Triangle Community Center is celebrating National Coming Out Day (October 11th) with the Art of Coming Out event on October 9th to be held at the Carriage House Arts Center in Norwalk, CT at 6pm.

Tell us your coming out story via photographs, film, music, dance, poetry, song, painting, or whatever other artistic means you like!

Here's how to make your submission:

ALL participants must sign up by clicking on this link .
Any "performance art" ie. dance routines, spoken word, songs, poetry to be read aloud, film clips or anything else that will be performed that evening has a time limit of 5 minutes.
Any "stationery" art such as sculptures, paintings, photography can either be taken back after the show or donated to the Center where we will display your artwork for a limited run at TCC at Board Member discretion.
If your art medium is able to be sent digitally, email the same to Tina by October 8th!
Too large to email? Upload it to www.yousendit.com and email the link to Tina!
Unable to send it digitally? Please send a picture and/or description of your submission as soon as possible so that we can plan the line-up!
Don't worry, didn't submit it in time? Bring it the night of the event and inform Tina about it as soon as you get there and you can enter in the festivities!
